Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking details.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer secure and reliable shipping through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Complimentary for U.S. orders over $500.

  • Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) – Available at an additional cost.

  • International Shipping – Available to select countries; shipping costs and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.


Shipment Acceptance

To ensure the security of your order, all Ceylux Jewelry shipments require signature upon delivery.

  • The customer must be present to inspect and accept the package.

  • Once the package is signed for, Ceylux Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • If you authorize delivery without a signature (via carrier release), you accept full responsibility for any loss or theft.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout.
Ceylux Jewelry is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

  • For lost shipments, please notify us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Ceylux Jewelry is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping carriers.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You may track your shipment through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
